Would you like your Christian faith to be an integral part of your counseling experience?

As a Christian and a mental health professional, I offer a safe, grace-filled space for believers to come just as they are without fear of shame or judgement. Whether you’re carrying something heavy, wrestling with relationships, or simply longing to be heard, you are welcome here. I offer a safe space for your soul to breathe.

“…my hope is to equip you with tools to find true safety with God and meaningful connection with others.”

Not sure what you’re looking for or what you need?

You’re not alone. Many of my clients come carrying deep questions or pain — sometimes unsure of where to begin. I’ve had the honor of walking with Christians navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, questions around sexual orientation and gender identity, struggles with addiction, self-harm, and other unwanted thoughts and behaviors.

My heart is to help you explore the “why” behind what hurts — and gently bring that pain into the presence of God. Together, we can explore practices like lament and inner healing prayer—allowing space to name grief, confront false beliefs, and begin healing the wounded parts of your heart.

We might reflect on how your early experiences shaped your view of God — and invite a more truthful, compassionate understanding of who He really is. Through this journey, my hope is to equip you with tools to find true safety with God and meaningful connection with others.

My Background:

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Social Work from Kuyper College, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western Michigan University.

In addition to my formal education, I’ve received extensive training in Formational Prayer through Healing Care Ministries. Formational Prayer is a Christ-centered approach to inner healing that weaves together emotional, spiritual, and psychological care.

The inner healing work I do with clients often includes both educational and experiential elements. Together, we may explore topics such as:

  • The neurobiology of trauma

  • Adverse childhood experiences

  • Trauma processing and belief systems

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Bio-psycho-social-spiritual integration

  • Attachment, boundaries, and self-care

This training has profoundly shaped the way I walk with others through healing, identity formation, and spiritual growth.
